Constructed from a waterproof, breathable and windproof GORE-TEX fabric with a 100% recycled polyester face for rugged protection, this black Triolet Jacket from Patagonia has been designed to offer full protection from the elements. The front is fastened by a full vertical zip which leads to an attached optimal visibility two way adjustable hood with a laminated visor which is helmet compatible. On either side of the chest two Napoleon chest pockets have watertight zips and zipper garages and underneath two welted handwarmer pockets have interior stretch catch-all compartments and have been positioned to not get in the way of a harness or pack waistband. The sleeves have low profile cuffs with a tapered tab hook and loop closure for a tight wrist seal and the body has a dual adjust drawcord hem which both work towards sealing out the weather. Suited to wear during alpine sports, an elasticated back strap has been added at the lower back which will connect to any of Patagonia’s snow pants to prevent the jacket from riding up and a concealed RECCO reflector adds a safety aspect.
